Terms

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

･ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only.
This means that none of my artwork will be drawn on paper and sent by mail shipping.･ As the artist, I still mantain absolute rights to my works.
This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and selling prints of my artworks, unless otherwise accorded with the client.･ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace or copy my work.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (art by ©gabienory) or a link going back to this site or one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.･ When using my works on your twitch channel, you must refer me as the artist of your channel.

Payment Details

･ Commissions are not first come, first served.
I reserve the right to decline your order if I don't feel comfortable or I'm not able to work on it.･ Full payment must be sent beforehand.
Paypal is the only payment option. For orders over $100 in value, payments can be sent 50% beforehand and the other 50% at sketch approval.･ Any edits can be made during the sketching.
Once sketch is approved I'll start working on lineart and coloring. After sketch approval only coloring changes will be allowed.･ Turnaround time for commission's completion will vary depending on the artwork's type.
From 1-2 weeks to 1 month. Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.･ Refunds are not allowed depending on the commission's status.
By paying the full amount beforehand and canceling the order by not approving the sketch result (even after the requested changes were made), a 50% refund will be given. | By paying 50% of the amount beforehand and then canceling the order by not approving the sketch result, no refund will be made. | After the sketch approval I'll start the lineart and painting process, at this point no refunds will be allowed when canceling the order, as my time was consumed.

Listed prices are for my most commonly requested order types, but can be arranged to cover your needs.
